Overview
DaBella is looking for a skilled and experienced Lead Data Analytics Manager to help guide data strategy and support leadership across the organization. This role is responsible for managing a team of analysts, building reliable reporting systems, and delivering insights that support decision-making across all departments, from day-to-day operations to long-term business planning.

We’re looking for someone who brings a strong technical background, a clear understanding of business operations, and the ability to lead both people and projects.

Key Responsibilities

        Lead and manage DaBella’s Enterprise Data Analytics team, ensuring work is aligned with business priorities and completed on time.
 

        Build and maintain dashboards, models, and KPIs that provide visibility into business performance and forecast future trends.
 

        Present insights and recommendations to key stakeholders, including senior leaders and the C-suite.
 

        Guide team members in developing their skills, improving workflows, and ensuring data accuracy.
 

        Collaborate with other departments to understand reporting needs and identify opportunities for data-driven improvements.
 

        Support data governance initiatives and ensure systems and processes maintain data quality.
 

        Work with software vendors and internal teams to improve data collection and system functionality.
 

What You’ll Need

        Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.
 

        5+ years of experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, R, Python, SQL, Azure Data Tools, or Looker).
 

        Experience developing dashboards and reporting tools tied to key business metrics.
 

        Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex data to non-technical audiences.
 

        Prior experience leading projects or managing a team.
 

        High attention to detail and strong analytical thinking.
 

        Solid understanding of relational databases, data modeling, and data governance practices.
