Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator with 1-3 years of experience in marketing, project management, or administrative support. In this role, you’ll assist in executing marketing initiatives, supporting campaign efforts, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Compensation: $25 per hour
Position Type: Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM (On-Site Austin, TX)
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the execution and coordination of marketing projects.
- Order branded materials and manage product orders across branches.
- Maintain product details in internal databases and manage timelines for new product initiatives.
- Support multi-channel campaigns (email, social media, events) to align with brand messaging.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign alignment and resource gathering.
- Track industry trends and competitive activity to inform strategies.
- Coordinate third-party agreements and assist with ad hoc marketing projects.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of marketing, project management, or administrative experience.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Keynote, PowerPoint, or similar tools.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Analytical mindset and ability to interpret data for marketing decisions.
- Resourceful, adaptable, and action-oriented.
