Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator with 1-3 years of experience in marketing, project management, or administrative support. In this role, you’ll assist in executing marketing initiatives, supporting campaign efforts, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Compensation: $25 per hour
Position Type: Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM (On-Site Austin, TX) 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the execution and coordination of marketing projects.
  • Order branded materials and manage product orders across branches.
  • Maintain product details in internal databases and manage timelines for new product initiatives.
  • Support multi-channel campaigns (email, social media, events) to align with brand messaging.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign alignment and resource gathering.
  • Track industry trends and competitive activity to inform strategies.
  • Coordinate third-party agreements and assist with ad hoc marketing projects.
Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of marketing, project management, or administrative experience.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Keynote, PowerPoint, or similar tools.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Analytical mindset and ability to interpret data for marketing decisions.
  • Resourceful, adaptable, and action-oriented.
