Overview:
The Project Coordinator oversees specific, product-based projects over a variety of markets, throughout the company. Some of the duties include quality control, project completion schedules, and proper invoicing.
- Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Pay rate: $20.00 - $22.00
Essential Functions:
- Work with vendors, sub-contractors, and sales team on multiple projects at a time to ensure project deadlines and logistics proceed according to plan
- Proactively pursue problem resolution with Office Managers and Installers
- Order product-specific jobs in a timely and accurate manner, to ensure monthly installation targets are met
- Drive results from both installers and sales representatives, across multiple markets by working through Office Managers
- Create Material ATP, Labor ATP and review contracts to ensure proper ordering
- Review Sub-Contractors invoicing and ensure accurate payment is reflected
- Manage project through customer service database through 'Project Life-Cycle'
- Conduct Commission Adjustments/ Contractor Back Charges when changes in a job arise
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or Projects in Controlled Environments (PRINCE2) certification preferred, but not required
- Operational and project management expertise
- Proven management skills to drive agendas
- Effectively navigate computer programs with ease. Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to multi-task with frequent interruptions
