Overview:
The Project Coordinator oversees specific, product-based projects over a variety of markets, throughout the company. Some of the duties include quality control, project completion schedules, and proper invoicing.

  • Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Pay rate: $20.00 - $22.00

Essential Functions:

  • Work with vendors, sub-contractors, and sales team on multiple projects at a time to ensure project deadlines and logistics proceed according to plan
  • Proactively pursue problem resolution with Office Managers and Installers
  • Order product-specific jobs in a timely and accurate manner, to ensure monthly installation targets are met
  • Drive results from both installers and sales representatives, across multiple markets by working through Office Managers
  • Create Material ATP, Labor ATP and review contracts to ensure proper ordering
  • Review Sub-Contractors invoicing and ensure accurate payment is reflected
  • Manage project through customer service database through 'Project Life-Cycle'
  • Conduct Commission Adjustments/ Contractor Back Charges when changes in a job arise

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or Projects in Controlled Environments (PRINCE2) certification preferred, but not required
  • Operational and project management expertise
  • Proven management skills to drive agendas
  • Effectively navigate computer programs with ease. Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multi-task with frequent interruptions
