Call Center Confirmation Supervisor

Description

The Confirmation Supervisor is responsible for the overall success and day-to-day operations of the Confirmation department through effective leadership. Status: Full-Time 
Compensation: $55,000 + Uncapped Bonus Potential
Schedule: Monday - Thursday 11:30 am-8:00 pm, Friday 9 am - 6 pm + Alternating Saturdays
Minimum Qualifications: 
  • At least 2 years of call center or sales experience preferred
  • Proven experience in a leadership role, call center preferred
Specific Requirements: 
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of performance evaluation and production metrics
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills with problem-solving ability
  • Solid understanding of reporting and how to translate data into meaningful information, can identify trends to the guide team, etc.
Responsibilities  
  • This individual will be overseeing our Boise, Idaho location and assisting the Van Managers with daily goals, conversions, and reporting.
  • Hold the team accountable for daily, weekly, and monthly KPI's.
  • Audit and assess employees on a daily and weekly basis while monitoring overall production per branch location that are assigned to the Confirmation Specialist
  • Provide excellent customer service to potential customers and existing customers over the phone
  • Hire, train and lead a team of Confirmation Specialists to set them up for success in the position and create a growth path for them
  • Assist with setting proper expectations with homeowners about appointment details or issues that need to be resolved
