We are looking for a friendly, outgoing Receptionist / Administrative Assistant who is detail-oriented and can juggle tasks amidst constant interruption. This individual is critical to the organization and will uphold our exceptional focus on customer service to our customers, visitors, and employees.
Pay Rate- $22-$24 per hour
Schedule- 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday - Friday
Job Responsibilities:
- Pull, process, and track permits across multiple states to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Research and develop streamlined processes for the compliance team to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Communicate effectively and foster relationships with Office Managers and Installation Teams to support project success.
- Schedule inspections to facilitate timely project progress and adherence to regulations.
- Close permits accurately and promptly to maintain project timelines.
- Manage and reconcile monthly expense reports for all permit-related costs to ensure budget compliance.
- Copy, file, and maintain both paper and electronic documents and records, including processing job cancellation and rejection letters.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications is a must.
- Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
- Ability to keep information highly confidential
- Must be well-organized, accurate, and detail-oriented
- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
- Ability to interact with all levels of staff
- Project a professional demeanor always
