Compensation: $21.00 - $22.00 Hourly
Full time: Monday - Friday (8 am-5 pm)
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage all aspects of the onboarding process for new hires across multiple departments including pre-employment paperwork, I9s, and training
Oversee the completion of background checks, motor vehicle records (MVR) checks, and other pre-employment screenings to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements
Communicate regularly with hiring managers to understand their specific onboarding needs and timelines, ensuring a seamless and effective onboarding experience for each new hire.
Track and manage onboarding deadlines, ensuring all necessary documentation and onboarding steps are completed in a timely manner.
Work closely with HR and hiring managers to address any issues or concerns that arise during the onboarding process, ensuring a positive experience for all parties involved.
Qualifications:
At least 1 year experience in an administrative role
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and confidentiality
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for tracking and managing onboarding data
