Day to Day: 

  • Hold a daily morning meeting with your team for effective communication and coordination.
  • Conduct face-to-face visits to homes, introducing our company and showcasing our products or services.
  • Ability to stand and walk outdoors for an extended period.
  • Recruit, train, and motivate a dynamic team of canvassers to drive a result.  

  

Requirements and Skills: 

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Valid driver’s license with an approved driving record.
  • Results-driven mindset with a hunger for success.
  • Possessing the capacity to uphold a professional and positive demeanor.
  • Complete a paid basic management course.

  

Our Canvass Managers enjoy: 

  

Lucrative earning potential- 

  • Guaranteed base rate of $55,000/annually.
  • Uncapped daily bonus opportunities.
  • Additional monthly bonus opportunities.
  • Average first-year earnings of $55,000-$75,000 annually. Top performers earn over $100,000+ annually.

Experience & Qualifications: 

  • Proven ability to lead and inspire a team.
  • Previous experience in leadership or management is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
