This is a full-time position 35-40 hours a week plus opportunities to work overtime if available.
Responsibilities:
· Take Inbound and make outbound calls to new and existing customers from our database
· Engage with each customer and update call log and dispositions accurately
· Reach out to previous customers for new sales opportunities
· Meet or exceed daily call volume and production goals
· Build rapport and urgency to persuade new customers to schedule a free consultation
· NO COLD CALLING

Physical Requirements:
· Ability to remain in a seated position for multiple hours at a time
· Entering text or data into a computer utilizing a traditional keyboard
· Ability to hear, understand and distinguish speech – in person/telephone
